Live

An online ordering site we built for a heating-fuel supplier based in Ödemiş, İzmir. It sells coal, firewood, pine pellets and stoves. Customers see prices and place orders; the company manages prices, stock and orders from its own panel.

The need

Heating fuel isn't parcel-sized retail: orders are often measured in tonnes, delivered with the company's own trucks, and prices change often with the season and supply. The goal was a site that shows prices and delivery terms clearly, records every order, and that the company can update without calling a developer.

What we built

For customers

  • Product catalogue with VAT-inclusive prices, cart and checkout
  • Pay-on-delivery options and order tracking
  • One-click cancellation via a secure link while the order is still unprocessed
  • Products without a fixed price go straight to WhatsApp
  • Stock states: in stock, limited, made to order, sold out

For the company

  • Order, tracking number and status management
  • Price and stock panel; changes go live with one button
  • Region-targeted notifications
  • Dealer applications

Being found on Google

  • A delivery page for every district in the service area
  • Correct title, description and canonical URL on every page
  • Structured data for FAQs and products
  • Google Merchant Center product feed

Measured improvements

Total size of product images
23 MB → 5 MB (WebP)
Time for a price change in the panel to go live
10–15 min → about 1 min
